Level Up Your Ringette Skills with the Saskatchewan Heat 3rd annual december break Camp in regina!

Hey Ringette players! The Saskatchewan Heat is excited to announce our upcoming 2-day December Break Camp! This camp will include ice times, dryland sessions, and classroom sessions to help you improve your skills and knowledge of the game. Our experienced NRL athletes will be leading the sessions, providing valuable feedback and guidance to help you reach your full potential on the ice. Whether you're looking to sharpen your shooting, improve your skating, or enhance your game strategy, this camp has something for everyone. Dates: Friday, December 27th & Monday, December 30th
Time: Times will be determined once registration is closed but you can expect to start between 8:00AM-9:00AM and be finished between 4:00PM-5:00PM

Age Groups: FUN2, FUN3, U12B, U12A, U14B, U14A, U14AA
Cost: $250

What you will get:

• 4 1-hour ice sessions (2 per day)
• 2 1-hour classrooms sessions (1 per day)
• 2 1-hour dryland sessions (1 per day)
• Heat in Training Jersey

We are extremely excited to be using Peak Performance (on the 2nd level of the Cooperators) for our dryland sessions.  This will allow us to work on ringette specific skills like shooting!  Goalies are also welcome and will receive goalie specific training.  There is limited space and this camp has filled up every year, so make sure to register eary to secure your spot.
